Informed consent is made a mockery of by the blend of meaningless definitions. Literally anything could be placed in the vials and it would still comply with the absurd regulations under a “public health emergency”, recently extended to 2028. It will of course never end.
We don’t benefit here in Europe (EU or not) from a legal researcher with the perspective of a Katherine Watt, partnered with a pharma- & federal-regulation seasoned former business owner of Sasha Latypova.
I have been told that as far as others have dug into legislation applicable to “public health emergencies”, analogous alterations appear to have been put in force here, too. I think it would be wise to assume that they have, because it’s only when viewed through such a distorted lens of non-applicable regulations, that the behaviour of our governments, pharma, and their criminal assistants in the former medicines agencies then make evil sense.
I STRONGLY recommend that, if you do nothing else, you find ways to share this briefing on the parallel, shadow world of unregulated mRNA so-called vaccines and related “countermeasures” introduced under the guise of any “public health emergency” which, in reality, doesn’t exist and never existed.
It’s vital that innocent fellow citizens of everywhere is at least given the chance to read what they will no doubt be incredulous about. It’s nevertheless factually correct.
I back this as being true with whatever influence my reputation might have. The obvious implication is NEVER TO PERMIT THESE MATERIALS TO BE INTRODUCED TO YOUR BODY.
Furthermore, I see no likelihood that normal medicines regulation is likely ever to resume. This has extremely serious implications for product safety, even of previously subject to proper R&D and regulatory scrutiny.
In short, should you have the confidence you might previously have had about a needed medicine which your doctor has prescribed to you? I would say not. I certainly do not have confidence that inspections are continuing as they should.
I have heard through the grapevine that U.K.’s MHRA is permanently understaffed and I see no way that diligent, professionally responsible people could possibly be recruited at the moment, because their jobs would consist of a pantomime lack of adherence to the rules.
In closing, I always like to remind readers that these lunatic tyrants are attempting something so antithetical to normal human discourse that I think such a control system would have to be regarded as “metastable”.
By this I mean it might look very powerful and all-encompassing, but it could work only with constant input of tremendous amounts of money, coercive force and bending people out of shape and to act against their still small voice inside, that is, their consciences.
The moment there is a discontinuity in the power input requirements to keep this ghastly control system running, I think there’s a decent chance it will fail and potentially catastrophically.
Please spend time both considering the best ways to resist the next wave of fear-based propaganda and also investing practically as much as you deem worthwhile in gaining a little independence from central control, useful in the event of a crisis, real or fictional, that in my opinion, is going to be used to force things upon us that you really don’t want to comply with.
Less frequently, I urge people also to spend some time in quiet contemplation of what’s really important to them and their families and, if you feel it appropriate, to pray.

Dr. Yeadon, thank you for reposting this memo from Latypova. Many of us who were actually somewhat informed back in 2020 and 2021 knew that this injection was an experimental drug, and was only allowed to be given out because of the EUA, and one could not have a real informed consent, and indeed no one was asked to give informed consent. It was just assumed by those pushing it that everyone would take it, regardless, even though there was no evidence it was either safe OR effective.
I will print out a copy, and send to my State representative, and show my personal health care person. Since this EUA can only be foisted on the people here in the US by having it approved by the Sec of HHS, it is a good thing to know that when Trump resumes office he will most assuredly replace that person, and this egregious EUA will be ended.
