I once told the joke I’d heard that “If you’re one step ahead of others, you’re a genius. If you’re two steps ahead, you’re a lunatic”.
Well, because the fraud & the crimes were happening & are still happening in or immediately adjacent to my areas of special competence, these were immediately obvious to me as wrong & rather soon, compellingly criminal. Not accidental. As time has worn on, it’s becoming tiring saying essentially the same thing with little to show for almost three years of effort.
Not only do I implore you to follow the author’s advice, I require it in order to be able to justify continuing. If there are too few speaking out to give us any chance of deflecting these monsters, I will withdraw to meditation in the remaining time I’m given.

If you are a doctor or medical professional and you are reading this and aware of what is happening, the time for you to stay silent on account of self-preservation is over. The weight of what you know vs. a license, a job, etc., is too great. “Just following orders” or fear of scrutiny won’t cut it anymore. Several have come before you to lay the groundwork so you, too, can be brave. Look within your heart and exercise that bravery, or be complicit in harm to our species that before now was unheard of. It is that serious. It is incumbent upon you to speak out, provide your patients with informed consent that is real and tangible, and educate them today. They placed a trust in you that far surpasses the trust they place in even their closest family and confidants. You have a duty, a responsibility, to speak up. It is your path. You must walk it. You are in the role you are in at a time such as this for a reason. Be brave, do something.
If you are a nurse and have coworkers who “know” but are “silenced,” band together and RIP the muzzle off your face. Stand strong in solidarity. Take whatever consequences come your way. Find strength in numbers. You all took an oath to do no harm, but each day you watch a patient take this poison, you are disregarding your oath. You are complicit if you do not speak. Find the fire inside of you to be the one who makes the change. There are more of you than you realize. Stop being scared. Take the leap. Countless around the globe will thank you because it will mean a healthy life and a life that was saved by you.
If you are the every-man, there are still people you haven’t spoken to. Call them today. Don’t wait. Prepare your information, and get it ready for an email or text. Sit with them and discuss it. Have them over. Watch an interview or seminar. Make them stay out of respect for you because you are respecting them; you are trying to save their life. If you have been shunned by friends and family, you have been shunned with their best interests at heart. You know this deep down. You can rest your head on your pillow every night and know how hard you tried. At least you tried.

Lioness I try every shift I work at the hospital. I put stats up in the doctors lounge , I talk to nurses. We have abruptions , stillbirths, miscarriages, consults for pelvic masses , various female cancers….. everyone , except one nurse believes and has a religious exemption. Lots of eye rolling. I stopped wearing a mask awhile ago and tell who asks the CDC said so,plus they don’t work. My family thinks I’ve lost my mind and lost most of my friends. I went to Childrens health defense talk, best day of my life in the last 21/2 yrs. Im so thankful for substack, we need a big peaceful gathering monthly so people get recharged , in person , with like minded people , to network.
I have given my all. Can I do more, probably. But I must tell you. I lost a lot of friends, neighbors wont speak to me much, my relatives told me to basically fuck off. I can't tell you how many times police have been called because I refuse to mask. It is easier now that masking is no longer pushed, at least for now. I can really live with all of that. I know they will be banging at the Arks door once the rain starts.
I also have a free text service and I invite any I come into contact with to join. Ive been kicked out of almost all social media. So text is kind of the last platform I have. I usually post nightly and a number of your posts have been shared there, too. No spam is given, just a few post a week.
I talk to everyone I meet. Grocery stores, offices, gas stations, it does not matter. I usually get the eye roll or they begin observing their shoes for some reason, sometimes I get a listener. But, one thing I have noticed. I am getting more and more agreeing with me. That has never happened before. These people wish to share data. That's the good news.
