If you can’t afford to do that a bunch of parents can start a hub or pod school. If everyone pulled their kids out of school these monsters would get the message. This is the the time to say NO, WITH ACTION.
Seems like the best hope is to charge them with fraud, which would void the indemnification. Lots of indications they withheld or obfuscated their analysis. Honest government would have caught it, but it was fraud nonetheless. It isn't over yet. Just need a competent prosecutor with a big budget.
