Seems like the best hope is to charge them with fraud, which would void the indemnification. Lots of indications they withheld or obfuscated their analysis. Honest government would have caught it, but it was fraud nonetheless. It isn't over yet. Just need a competent prosecutor with a big budget.

Durham is making progress. Slowly. But the worst crimes aren't federal. Homicide, medical malpractice, conspiracy, fraud. State crimes. Creative state and local prosecutors will rise to the occasion. It can begin with complaints. I didn't lose anyone, but if I had, I'd be hounding my DA relentlessly, and suing everyone involved.

Commented & shared on Gettr and TruthSocial. If I had school age children I would pull them out of public school & home school them. If you can’t afford to do that a bunch of parents can start a hub or pod school. If everyone pulled their kids out of school these monsters would get the message. If the mechanism by which immunity from liability is granted is a conspiracy and fraud, a legal chimera bent against the rules of equity, then that dance of words that appears to date to be a shield for pharma is a delusion waiting to be slayed. For if it cannot be shown for what it is then the rule of law does not exist. Since the rule of law in a just society must exist, then justice can and will be obtained. The corruption is Ripe for plucking. Their tree of knowledge with hissing snake beneath the heel of our boot. My foot does itch.
