WELL, they are going to have to build an entirely new circle of hell to accommodate all the lockdown enablers. Iâve taken my time on this one because thinking back to those dark days, the absurd rule of six, the masking, the closing of schools, the time it was a criminal offence to sit on a park bench with a friend, is one I do not like to remember. The fact that our government used threats, bullying, gaslighting and a propaganda campaign not seen in a free West to terrify the public into compliance reminds me how shallow public civility and human decency really are.Â
Indeed, I said at the time that not only were the lockdown rules immoral, absurd, nonsensical, they were also cruel. I knew that, deep down, those who made and imposed these rules enjoyed it. They were high on power and infected with their own sense of moral superiority. Again, I said at the time that the cruelty was the point.Â
And once again, I was right. Ministers and senior officials joked about locking up travellers arriving in the UK in quarantine hotels during the Covid pandemic, according to leaked messages revealed on Thursday. In one exchange with Cabinet Secretary Simon Case in February 2021, the then Health Secretary Matt Hancock said they were âgiving big families all the big suites and putting pop stars in the box roomsâ. Mr Case replied: âI just want to see some of the faces of people coming out of first class into a Premier Inn shoe box.â
A few days later, Mr Case asked how many people had been âlocked upâ in hotels the previous day. According to the messages published by the Daily Telegraph, Mr Hancock responded: âNone. But 149 chose to enter the country and are now in Quarantine Hotels due to their own free will!â to which Mr Case replied: âHilarious.â Some of these people returning âdue to their own free willâ may have had little choice. They might have been returning from seeing a sick or dying family member. And letâs not forget how poor the conditions were. A mother and her one-year-old baby had to be treated in hospital for food poisoning after quarantining at one of these hotels.Â
But to Mr Case, their misery was âhilariousâ. What kind of psycho is he?Â
I hope the hapless public who went along with the evil lockdowns now understand: the cruelty was the point. Itâs one thing to believe incorrectly that lockdown was a necessary evil: that makes you a fool, but to enjoy the pain that it inflicted: that makes you a sadist.Â
Unlike the Telegraph, we were one of the tiny number of outlets, from the very beginning, to oppose the madness and the cruelty of lockdown. I always suspected that far too many people, from those at the top down to the nincompoops clapping like seals on their doorsteps, enjoyed crushing other peopleâs liberty far too much. It was an easy thing to do especially if you were getting paid to stay at home, collecting your furlough funny money. So donât complain now when that funny money has caused rampant inflation that is eroding your savings and pushing up your grocery bills.Â
Yes, the politicians were sadists and the mainstream media were only too eager to whip up public fear, but it was the nervous ninnies, the public, who demanded these lockdowns. We now know for sure that the reasons for the inhumane masking of children was because the politicians didnât want to be seen to be going against Nicola Sturgeon and that there would be some ânervous parentsâ who wanted their kids masked if they saw the same was happening in Scotland.Â
The Mail reports: âChildren were ordered to wear face masks in schools after Boris Johnson was told the issue was ânot worth an argumentâ with Nicola Sturgeon. The then Prime Minister went ahead with the controversial policy despite Englandâs Chief Medical Officer saying there were âno very strong reasonsâ to do so . . .
âLee Cain, Mr Johnsonâs director of communications, questioned why Downing Street would âwant to have the fight on not having masks in certain school settingsâ while Simon Case, the permanent secretary for Covid who was promoted a week later to Cabinet Secretary, said ânervous parents will freak outâ if children are wearing masks in Scottish schools but not English ones.â
(Donât ever put me in a room with Simon Case.)Â
Time and again, decisions allegedly made in the name of public health and âfollowing the scienceâ were in fact made to save political careers and placate the idiotic public. Only with this knowledge can you understand how the presence of a scotch egg in a pub could transform something dangerous into something fine for public health. What a clever virus it was, The Covid: if you had that scotch egg, it would just avoid you.Â
Amazingly some of the worst offenders, no, the worst offender, the lockdown cheerleader-in-chief Piers Morgan, who berated the government for not having harsher measures while terrifying the public every single morning on breakfast TV, now says his hysteria was justified as he was just trying to hold the government to account.Â
Morgan was demanding even more of the measures that have been hugely damaging to the economy, education and our way of life. It doesnât surprise me that it has since emerged that the government were obsessed by Morgan, and were delighted when he lost his job (thanks Meghan). It was always clear that, along with the unelected scientists, the unelected Piers Morgan was wielding a lot more power than the cowardly Boris Johnson.Â
The reason why my anger is more ice cold than raging hot is that we should not forget that children died because of this lockdown. Hundreds of thousands of children have fallen off school registers. The most vulnerable children were locked away with abusive parents, and some were killed by them, in part because social workers didnât have access to properties âbecause lockdownâ. âLockdown and the closure of schools weakened the child protection system that failed six-year-old Arthur Labinjo-Hughes who was tortured and killed by his stepmother and father,â the childrenâs commissioner said.Â
We warned about this before it even happened. But the mainstream media just carried on â must not upset the nervous ninnies.Â
Lockdown was one of the most disastrous policies inflicted on this nation in modern times. Its impact will be felt for decades to come. Those most responsible have since been awarded both financially and by the ludicrous âhonoursâ system (a form of trolling if you ask me). As the days go by, the revelations will confirm what we always knew â lockdown was a cruel, coercive coup.

MSM Calls for the Arrest and Prosecution of British Health Minister for Covid Crimes
âĤ.Columnist Allison Pearson has called for the arrest of British âCovid ministerâ Matt Hancock for willful misconduct in an op-ed in Britainâs Daily Telegraph. She also wants the âslithy tove dragged before a Select Committee and made to answer for his actions and the vast hurt they have caused.â
The Telegraph has published the most breathtakingly damning stories about the misuse of power (and âscienceâ) by former Health Secretary Matt Hancock and his cabal during the pandemic, said Pearson. âI donât know about you, but having read so much about their callow political posturing and callous disregard, especially for children and the elderly, my Outrage Bucket is empty, and I am reduced to throwing up bile,â said the columnist.
âĤâEven at the height of World War II, Government never used propaganda to frighten its own people. This lot did. Kids killed themselves, and mental health collapsed. Unforgivable, Matt Hancock should be arrested for wilful misconduct in pub office,â said the columnist on Twitter.
