I was active in the tech community affiliated with a major metropolitan university at the time, and transhumanist tech and projects was all the academics would talk about in closed circles. At present day, this concept is neither new nor in its beginning stages.
There are around 6 publicly disclosed brain-computer interaction projects listed in the DARPA site. No doubt there are more classified as top secret, or equivalent, that the public isn’t allowed to know about.
Only guessing here, but we’ve probably already been seeded by environmental means, but perhaps that was found not to be as effective as direct injection, which brings us to SC2/vax. Graphene can be naturally occurring, so it’s already biocompatible with human bodies.
If the public is roughly 16/17 years “behind” in the information, (based on the 2007 year from above), then what is happening now, is for something happening 16/17 years in the future ... 2030 or thereabouts. And where have we seen that year mentioned before?

Im not sure either, but I went to my local cemetery, fairly remote, i.e. businesses, homes, etc. I waited outside the gate and was the first one in. There were about 5 grounds workers, flower shop was closed but 1 employee. I went to the oldest part, opened my android and went to bluetooth, nothing happened.
I went to the new section, which has expanded greatly in the last 2 years. They've opened 3 new areas. I opened my android, went to bluetooth, wifi, etc and started to walk amongst the graves. I got a handful of devices with mac addrresses. Where were they coming from? I got nothing in the oldest section, which is closest to the office, technology, etc.
Yes, I had bluetooth turned on and opened Settings, then bluetooth and they began to appear at the bottom. No names, descriptions, just mac addresses. It may not work on everyone? A lot of variance batch to batch also. I've tried it in social settings and sometimes it happens and sometimes it doesn't. I did it in church once because I knew a couple of people nearby had had jabs, not sure how many? And nothing happened?

He is an expert certified ham radio operator. This man is highly pissed off about it because he knows it's coming from the jabbed that drive by his location and he has the proof. The case is made against the perpetrators that did this to people that the rules of the FCC are extremely strict with huge fines. Brannon Howse which host Brannon Howse Live on WVW (World View Weekend) on Lindell TV had a Doctor on his show last week that did some experiments on some of his patients who where vaxed with some special equipment he bought and an Android phone and found signals and addresses coming from the patients.
Brannon said he fully vetted this Doctor for months to verify his findings before asking him on the show. After seeing this show and other reports from other sources on his show about trans humanisms I have come to the conclusion this is really happening.
