Private Member's Bill C-293, would domestically implement portions of the proposed "Global Pandemic Treaty", regardless of whether it was ever enacted.

Are there any states that want to do this at all. Texas or Florida? Or Utah and Arizona ? I just dont know if any are leaning in that direction at all. Even if Trump becomes president, how can one man change all this overreach by an organization that is not part of our country.
