The key is that this occurred in Columbiana county during the celebration of the occult New Year holiday Imbolc. This clearly refers to the US version of Ishtar/Isis, COLUMBIA. Columbia in all her guises (there are dozens from all over Eurasia) is the "Queen of the Universe" and THE pagan fertility goddess. Washing DC, the Columbia River and apparently this county in Ohio were named in her honor. The word imbolc is derived from Gaelic and means "in the belly".
