Cheers, i love your antedote. For the last 15 years i listened online to health means summits. They are free during broadcast but you can buy. Practitioners discuss what works and why they practice the way they do outside of mainstream medicine. The body is amazing. We need good starting materials (food and water) and digestion. I learned Digestion is ruined by processed foods.i also learned about the suppression of beneficial natural compounds. Chlorine dioxide, mercury chelators, cancer work of Nicholas Gonzalez. Mercola.com land my intuition led me on this journey.
What shocks me is how many Christians took these Clot Shots and how many Pastors pushed them on their congregations including people like Franklin Graham. Christians believed their government, media and doctors over the Holy Spirit. The Word of God is so true!!!!!!
Proverbs 1:32 “For the waywardness of the naive will kill them
Hosea 4:6 My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge
I do my best and try to keep my composure regarding all of this evil but it IS difficult. I look at sunsets just as I always have; grateful and knowing that any given one may well be my last. I try and prepare myself, spiritually, for my end which as I always knew was coming; this has just expedited that fact. Living in the moment, which was all we could ever do, is of the utmost importance, now. Heaven help us, all.
Two articles related to health recommendations that were referenced here are the exact OPPOSITE of what I consider good advice to stay healthy.
(Yes, I realize you're bringing attention to them, not necessarily endorsing them, but letting people decide. Thank you.)
My take away: life experience and listening to the sage advice of kindhearted, healthy elderly persons goes much further than the referenced articles.
I'm starting to believe these articles were "assignments" to tell people to do what's NOT good for them. How many more of these exist?
Here's my advice:
- Everything in moderation.
- Variety is the spice of life.
- A little dirt never hurt.
- An apple a day, keeps the doctor away (... and wow isn't chicken soup just amazing!?!)
- Move it or lose it.
- The greatest things in life are free.
- Do something every day that makes you feel like you're a kid or teenager again.
- Pick your battles carefully.
- Don't make anything more complicated than it needs to be.
- Truth is the most efficient path to the exact same place.
- The more time you spend looking at yourself in the mirror or admiring others on your phone is time you take away from taking care of the most important part of self ... the inside. Physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
- Avoid "do as I say, not as I do" people.
- Never settle with "whatever" or "as long as you say so". Question everything.
As many as 1/3 of hospitalized patients may be diagnosed with hyponatremia. Patients that have orthopedic surgery are most at risk. This happened to my dad after his hip surgery and if it's severe, which his was, it takes awhile to correct it.
Wow. I knew a lot of people who go to hospital get IV saline and feel much better. So electrolyte imbalances seems like a common problem accompanying illnesses. My spouse bikes 80 miles in 100 degree heat and one time I had to get him because of incapacitating cramps turns out he probably had hyponatremia. He has since routinely added electrolytes to his water bottles.and has not had the cramps.
My wife knew a woman (an acupuncturist of 20+ years who knows more about health than any GP I have ever met) who was told to cut right down on the salt. So she did.
Started losing all her friends. Couldn't work out why. Went back on salt on a holiday wherever, and realised she'd been nuts since she cut the salt out.
Me? I love it, and construct my own from mixes of different salts. Seaweed, herb, pepper, you name it. Loads of it. Blood pressure (I'm 70) that of a young man. Medics are dangerous these days
he liked all apples, not particular about the variety but there were always bowls of apples everywhere... i really like ‘pink lady’ and ‘jazz’ apples which have a little tartness... what kinds do you like?
An apple a day regimen is a lot easier once you learn that red delicious is not the only apple available lol ... I love many kinds as well, but if I had to pick just one, Gala (and the occasional green apple for salads and poppyseed dressing!) I'm sure once I find a place to stick around long enough planting, I'll have a new favorite! I need to try Jazz, thank you for mentioning. My better half's fave is McIntosh, especially for his family's famous apple pie ... yum!!!!
Sometimes I feel that way too, but in all cases, perhaps not. If I'm in a car crash, do I refuse "service" or help, do I refuse a blood transfusion of unknown quality? I try to make slow adjustments based on judgment calls, rather than overcorrect all at once. But yes, I could accept as a rule of thumb given the present situation.

Too little salt is probably more dangerous than too much.
Not that doctors tell you that

Hyponatremia or low salt causes problems especially in hot environments where one loses minerals thru sweat.

Lee, which articles do you disagree with?
Keep in mind Lioness specializes in disagreeable articles. It's important that we understand why they're disagreeable.
it sounds like you must have met my dad... he ate an apple a day & lived to 94 🐱
My dad was of the habit of planting apple trees in your yard without asking first ... lol ... surprise!!!
no surprise sis! 🐱... see kitten’s secret garden Anna’s apple tree R.I.P.
What kind was his favorite? I'm sooo curious.

Yes to make bad advice believable they intersperse good advice. 🙂 But common sense is a must.
The accidents and fires were caused by cyber attacks. They are easy to do for pros.
