As you also imply, the FDA - like all regulatory bodies, it seems - in reality runs cover for the criminals it is supposed to be regulating; so I doubt that yet another law/regulation will deter them. The rule of law itself was only ever a pretense, and it is not really even that any more. The only effective solution will have to come from the grass roots, from each of us, pushing back hard and making a noise, drawing attention to the silent weapons being used in the quiet war against humanity until we achieve critical mass, which only requires a few percent of the population.

Actually, this is what happened with the covid shots. While people were getting injected they were participating in Phase 3 of a trial and never knew it. So, I guess they decided to go ahead and write it into the rules to make it more legal and seemingly legit. Probably further protects them from liability.

And they’ll close their eyes and hide any signals that counter the “safe and effective” mantra. Are they ever going to find a profitable drug that has more than a “minimal risk?” It doesn’t look that way given the insistence that increases in all cause mortality rates are not related to the shots. They’ve set the bar so high for vaccines to be a cause of death that the bureaucrat doctors can deny almost all claims. “If we recommend it, that means it has minimal risk.”
Excessive deaths among young children can’t be explained away, though. Stress, drug overdoses, alcoholism, sudden genetic factors, delayed access to medical care, or some of the latest nonsensical reasons - loneliness, fasting, bad food choices - don’t cut it.
