It can't stop. Admission it failed is evidence of fraud, voiding the liability waivers, exposing pharma, governments and their propagandists to enormous liabilities, financial and criminal. There are unlikely to be peaceful solutions.
I remember hearing/reading of this paper last month and to me this was the scariest. If you think about it, our DNA is not a simple linear sequence where segments can be spliced and diced. The DNA is like a 3d model, in fact, maybe MANY dimensions beyond our capability of understanding.
