It is disturbing, of course, but also notable that there is no in-between in terms of feeling "unwell" and lights out. No chest clutching, putting down the head (dizzy), grasping the podium or gasping for air. Of course, I've not a lot of experience to draw on, but is this not a signal in of itself?
I won't call it gene therapy. Therapy is supposed to help, not indiscriminately, indefinitely change how our bodies would normally work to fight infection.
