Wow thank you for posting this I will share this. I have known since before Covid the destruction of our whole medical system, when I got a new doc in the Okanagan and he sent me a 65 page what I could do and not do and only discuss one thing at a time. Right that is no way to figure out anyone's health. A year before Covid coming back to Vancouver my old clinic been there off and on for years had a new doc we could get. He told me that I would be better off not having one in the clinic cause if the doc was too busy I would not be able to come in and see another doctor. Say What!!!! If they truly wanted you healthy Instead of Ms. Bonnie telling us to Be kind....she should have been telling everyone etc Vit. d3, zinc, c and oil or oregano which knocks anything out. Nothing on preventative health. I have no doctor and I am happy because I do not trust the ones that are left as they are all vaxxed, and here in BC still wearing masks 12 hours a day. You have to look after your own health. Stop eating all the processed junk foods etc. They have been poisoning the population for years. In comes the pharma to save the day!! I do not think so. Thank you again

Furthermore, childhood adversity more often than not consists of imposing utterly INSANE societal standards of "normalcy" on children, to which they MUST conform, in order to survive, at a time when they are too young to understand and reject the madness being imposed on them.
The "masses" are essentially clueless and unaware of their own conditioning...

I do not doubt any of this. We are on our own, take good care of yourself as much as possible and bypass the corrupt healthcare system, eat right, exercise, move around, stay active. Find a local organic farmer to get your food from, do not eat processed foods, read the labels of what you eat, if you cant understand what is in it, don't eat it.
There is so much we can do on a personal level to stay away from modern corporate medicine.
