I just watched a 20 something yr old man riding a motorized scooter down the middle of a city street while recording himself on his phone. This is the world we are living in. Complete self obsession and zero self awareness. If someone had hit him they would go to prison. I see parents with children on these things and seem to have little experience using them. They litter the side walks and streets and once they've stopped it's nearly impossible to move them. The wheels lock up.
