Markets simply reflect the public mood about the state of the economy. An occasional rally is an attempt to moderate the pessimism, which results from news of employment, inflation, and corporate profits, with attendant anxieties about social and political threats. Those continue to worsen, no thanks to the wrecking crews currently running the US and other countries. A significant shift in the Nov 8th election could begin a financial recovery if the wrecking crew takes their loss graciously. But, what are the chances of that? Tight stops will be necessary a while longer.
UK Defra - it is mandatory to install RFID chips in all dogs and horses. Discussions presently taking place to include all cats. Breeders must chip their puppies and foals as well as register them. Vets are pressing cat owners with the message of ‘if hit by a car you’ll know’.

How long before narrative suggests we should have RFID (RADIO FREQUENCY IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENTS) in all children at birth?
I have seen NO long term studies on safety. Though have heard of them moving around the body of the animals. Interestingly, Defra does not require farm animals to be chipped. They have ear tags. Could it be because RFID’s aren’t so safe to be used in meat and dairy.
We used to freeze mark horses. Tattoo dog ears. Maybe we should simply start wearing our ID numbers with tags hanging from our ears.
