BBC says Ukrainian President meant preemptive sanctions, not “preemptive strikes,” as he blames translationUkrainian President Vladimir Zelensky insisted that his remarks about preemptive NATO nuclear strikes on Russia had been mistranslated. He really meant “preventive kicks,” he told the BBC in an interview that aired on Friday, with the British state broadcaster interpreting this as referring to sanctions.
“I said you have to do preventive kicks, not attacks,” Zelensky told BBC’s John Simpson.

US Intelligence Warning: China Escalating Influence Operations
China is doubling down on its efforts to influence state and local government leaders in the United States by exploiting the existing web of regional and local US-China relations, the U.S. National Counterintelligence and Security Center (NCSC) warned in July.
"Some of the goals of PRC [People's Republic of China] influence operations in the United States are to expand support for PRC interests among state and local leaders and to use these relationships to pressure Washington for policies friendlier to Beijing.
EU urges Israel to preserve Temple Mount status quo, end settlement construction
Despite this pressure, in his speech, the Israeli prime minister praised Israel’s relations with the E.U.
At the first E.U.-Israel Association Council meeting in a decade, the European Union urged Israel to stop building “settlements” – towns where Jews have permission to live – in Judea and Samaria, and to “preserve the status quo on the Temple Mount” – which means preventing Jews from praying there.
The Council meeting, which took place in Brussels, was held to improve ties between Israel and the E.U and saw the participation of the E.U.’s High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell and the foreign ministers of several European countries.
How Much Worse Could The Market Get?
I hate to say I called it, but if the shoe fits…
My readers remember that on Wednesday, after the market tore ass higher on both Monday and Tuesday, I offered up a note reminding readers not to throw caution to the wind just yet. The piece, called “The Illusion Of Safety”, pointed out things I thought people should consider before diving back into the market just because there was some semblance of a rally.
Hope is not an investment strategy.
There was a lot of optimism to start the week this week on Twitter and on the financial news networks, but I didn’t really see a firm foundation to back it up. If valuations were much lower, it would be a lot easier to make the case that we may have seen a bottom regardless of what the Fed does.

Let's start with an open letter obtained by Axios penned by Boston Dynamics, Agility Robotics, ANYbotics, Clearpath Robotics, Open Robotics, and Unitree Robotics. Here's an important section of the letter

Official data suggests that more children and young adults than ever have been hospitalized with colds and respiratory issues, according to the Daily Mail, which notes that "experts have repeatedly warned lockdowns and measures used to contain Covid like face masks also suppressed the spread of germs which are crucial for building a strong immune system in children."
According to a retrospective report by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), levels of common cold viruses hit their highest level among non-adults in August 2021 - when levels had been much lower in previous years during the same month.

It's already being sold in restaurants and supermarkets in the US. In 2019 the manufacturing company, Impossible Foods, applied for permission to market the burger in the EU and the UK.
However, the results of a rat feeding study commissioned by Impossible Foods and carried out with SLH suggest that the burger may not be safe to eat.

Global Elites Announce Plans For Mandatory ‘Green Sabbath’ and Climate Lockdowns
Rolling climate lockdowns and a mandatory “Green Sabbath” are on the horizon for humanity, if the global elites get their way.
Of course, the proposed “solutions” to the “climate crisis” are nothing less than tools to achieve absolute control over humanity.

New Report: 5G Rollout is Slower in Europe than in China, South Korea, and U.S.
Opposition to 5G deployment is worldwide and for various significant reasons. This has limited, slowed, and/or stopped installation and activation in numerous locations including in Europe. While this new report doesn’t mention that opposition could be contributing to a slower European deployment, perhaps that is also a factor.

UK Defra - it is mandatory to install RFID chips in all dogs and horses. Discussions presently taking place to include all cats. Breeders must chip their puppies and foals as well as register them. Vets are pressing cat owners with the message of ‘if hit by a car you’ll know’.
Normalising use.
How long before narrative suggests we should have RFID (RADIO FREQUENCY IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENTS) in all children at birth?
I have seen NO long term studies on safety. Though have heard of them moving around the body of the animals. Interestingly, Defra does not require farm animals to be chipped. They have ear tags. Could it be because RFID’s aren’t so safe to be used in meat and dairy.
We used to freeze mark horses. Tattoo dog ears. Maybe we should simply start wearing our ID numbers with tags hanging from our ears.
