Gobble up prime Lahaina real estate at a discount; rebuild and takeover the profits. Displace and deny former small businesses. This is known as Disaster Capitalism.
Destroy private homes. Send the survivors to camps or 15 minute cities. This hasn't happened yet, but it might in the future when the fires become more widespread.
Remember about "zero tolerance" not long ago and trump's "when you prosecute the parents for coming in illegally - which should happen - you have to take the children away"? A lot of inocent children, not sent back to their country, but kept and "lost" in us. No big public reaction, they weren't american children. Now again a lot of crocodile tears on youtube....as usual.
