Kennedy comments on US biolabs in Ukraine
The Pentagon used other countries for bioweapons research, RFK Jr. told Tucker Carlson
The US military outsourced some of its biological weapons research to the government installed by the 2014 coup in Kiev, Democrat presidential hopeful Robert F. Kennedy Junior has claimed in an interview.
“We have biolabs in Ukraine because we’re developing bioweapons,” RFK Jr. told independent journalist Tucker Carlson in a lengthy conversation posted on X (formerly Twitter) on Monday evening. Though the US signed the ban on bioweapons in the 1970s, he explained, the Patriot Act adopted after the 9/11 terrorist attacks in 2001 allowed the Pentagon to resume research.

Khrenin warned that the conflict in Ukraine has morphed into “a global confrontation between the West and the East.” He told attendees that based on the increase in arms expenditure across the Western world, “the conclusion is unambiguous: the possibility of a direct military clash with NATO in the future becomes very obvious.”

Experts from the National University of Defence Technology, located in China's Hunan province, say the new cooling system for high-energy lasers eliminates all of the harmful heat that is otherwise generated during their use.
With China's Economy On "Verge Of Collapse", PBOC Central Banker Calls For Helicopter Money
As Bloomberg's Garfield Reynolds writes in the aftermath of last night's unexpected Chinese rate cut, while the nation's economic struggles were (finally) severe enough for the authorities to respond with their biggest interest-rate cut since the pandemic, it will be nowhere near powerful enough to help spark a turnaround.
For a start, Reynolds writes, that scope "is rather less impressive when you realize the reduction in the rate on one-year PBOC loans — or medium-term lending facility — was all of 15 basis points. Most central banks faced with the sort of slowdown China is facing might well decide to cut by three times as much or more."

As search teams continue to pick through the ashes of Lahaina in search of more victims of last week's deadly Maui fire, officials have warned that the death toll—now at nearly 100—could double or even triple as crews find more bodies in the coming days and weeks.

Here are 9 questions that we should all be asking about the catastrophic fires in Hawaii
The tragic disaster that we just witnessed in Hawaii should break all of our hearts. The death count just keeps going up, and it is being reported that these were the deadliest fires in the United States in more than 100 years.
In addition, Hawaii Governor Josh Green is telling us that this was actually “the largest natural disaster” that his state has ever experienced. More than 2,700 structures have been burned down in Lahaina alone, and it is estimated that the value of the property that has been destroyed is over 5 billion dollars.
Why didn’t Maui’s emergency sirens go off as intended to warn residents, tourists about fiery inferno coming their way?
Now that the fires are mostly out and the dust is beginning to settle, pertinent questions are being asked that deserve a simple and honest answer, like why did the emergency sirens in and around Lahaina not go off prior to the disaster reaching city limits so more residents and visitors could escape in time?
According to reports, the sirens, which were installed specifically for the purpose of warning people about natural disasters and other threats coming their way, never went off as intended – why?

The Telegraph alludes to a recent report by France’s “Cours des Comptes,” a government audit institution, which indicates that the system could add up the time required for border checks to be completed as passengers will have to be scanned in front of digital kiosks to authenticate their travel credentials.
Bank of Israel Issues Guidelines on Promoting Digital Currency Acceptance
The Bank of Israel has released a document on how to manufacture acceptance of Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDCs).

According to the Bank of Israel, state endorsement of the currency would create a ripple effect that encourages citizens and businesses to adopt the digital shekel.
Bill Gates says A.I. could transform education: It ‘will be like a great high school teacher’ who always gives useful feedback
ill Gates has a vision for how artificial intelligence could transform education — by mimicking your favorite high school English teacher.
Specifically, AI chatbots will soon be able to offer helpful feedback on essays, including how to write with more clarity and make well-reasoned arguments, Gates said on his “Unconfuse Me” podcast, in a recent episode featuring Khan Academy CEO Sal Khan. It would be a huge step for global education, because today’s software programs are “not that great” at teaching reading or writing skills, the billionaire Microsoft co-founder added.
