Harboring evil thoughts and intentions in our mind, actually feeds the beast you want to see gone. Yes it does! This is something most don't realize. The beast lives within us, it's some kind of organism that we feed by our thoughts. Our thoughts create chemicals that nourishes these particular organisms. They are organisms that are deeply embedded into our body that should come out when we die to decompose our body but we are feeding them and so they are debilitating us and making us do things that we don't think through first. They can only feed of us if we are unconscious, but when we are conscious, that makes our composition unfavorable for them to thrive and their numbers are reduced and thus the organisms that feed us, that nourish us, can then proliferate. Being in the state of revenge, jealously, greed, competition towards our fellow humans, ill intent, that sort of thing, feeds these energies. Therefore to go beyond these serpents running our lives, we must live in truth and courage and wish no ill intent. Rather think nothing of them. Be neutral on them if it is too difficult to abolish hatred towards them. Remember, everyone agreed to them when times were good. Everyone almost, is funding them, so that shows consent. Therefore everyone is culpable to various degrees. Until we start going along the road to restoration, regeneration, care and compassion, they will just make us their dinner.

Well done on your choice of priorities! I believe you have nailed it. With the ethics and justice actions taken the other two actions can be carried out. Trying to develop understanding and implementation without the convictions and executions would be a losing game. Nail the guilty publicly and the population will scramble for pulling the vaccines and discussing the remedies.
The trouble is once they are killed off, what then? Most who suggest killing others off don't have a replacement. But we've gone down this road before, of killing the old regime, but look where it has landed us - we're still in the same boat, only worse! Nah, that strategy is old hat, it is a losing strategy and they have very good protection now so to take that strategy is to give in to deep feelings of revenge which only lowers our vibration making us weaker (and them stronger)
