However, if there's one institution that might be only 90 percent captured, it might be judges and the Courts. Thus, it makes great sense to get our cases/arguments in front of the 10 percent of judges who might be uncaptured.
It would also help our cause if, say, 10 percent of trial lawyers were not captured (instead of 99.9 percent of them). You've got to have good cases - with real victims - but you've got to have lawyers principled and brave enough to represent these victims and file these cases. Then you have to cross your fingers that a few judges might let these cases go forward and actually be tried according to the facts of these cases.

Duquesne University Law school ( Pittsburg, Pa ) and President of the school announced they were doing a teaching program with Costa Rican Justices now. If you need the letter they released I can try to pull it up. Likely this is a capture program, " influencing " program, he is as smooth as they come.
I winced when I saw this announced because he is a Harvard Law school "woke" hypocrite that just had the arrogance and audacity to put out a letter to all the parents of the students ( fall 2023 ) his opinion ( as if we care, we do not ) of a new SCOTUS ruling that will be ignored ( disobeyed ) by him and the school and implied should be by others. Perhaps his Federal Funding should be revisited if he is not going to obey the Federal Rule of Law of his Country. Shocking from a lawyer and a President of the School, he was previously teaching and President of their Law School. I imagine the law students saw the letter and learned the US Supreme Court and Justices were not the Supreme, Court of the US after all, but he, Mr. Ken Gormley was the "Supreme Ruler".
