We do see and hear how We Have Been Deceived, but it's apparent Our Government only wants Control and money! Until Our Constitution is used as it was intended... ie.Acts of Treason, Crimes Against Humanity ! I thought We had Constitutional Lawyer's that knows exactly how to defend US(A), or a Judicial System that knows what their job is! Apparently Not and I for one am disgusted with All of them! People need to be asking their local communities questions about all of this because it is effecting all communities, destroying economies, bankrupting, sickening and no one can hire and wonders why. We do city planning but are somehow going to skip all these massive elephants in the room? My local school lost major state funding because the biggest drop in students happened when they masked and crushed children and education. They want to come up with lame excuses but it isn't going to work.
I contend that much of the enormous funding must have been spent on enormous subcontracts, as Sasha clearly points out the impossibility of Moderna spending more than about 10% in the timeframe. Where is the evidence of the subcontracts? It wasn't all grift. There must have been a lot of important OWS behind-the-scenes work parcelled out.

To all the 'insider' Warriors out there - we may have been few in number, but present in every hospital, and there to bear witness to the insanity and report back. While everyone around us lost their heads in a delirium of fear-fuelled propaganda, we were asking the pesky questions like "if this is such a deadly pandemic, why are we throwing out potentially-contaminated masks in the waste paper bin?".
They couldn't cut out our tongues, only banish us so we couldn't speak the truth to those not wanting to hear it. For many, "deadly pandemic" was the most exciting thing that had happened in their lives for years. They don't want the illusion destroyed.

Good point about the funding. I read a little saying somewhere :"I try to follow the science, but it always leads me to the money".
Any contract with the government and big pharma is troubling. Putting it mildly
