At my age (late 60’s) I take no medication, walk daily, drink lots of water, eat to feed my needs and try to avoid sugar/processed foods etc. most importantly I do not go to the doctor.
The doctor is my last resort and in 4 yrs I’ve not darkened any of their doors.
I haven't been to a doctor in twenty plus years and it's made me more than grateful for not having fallen into the trap of endless medications, as my mother had. She was actually spending more money on her monthly prescriptions, than on groceries. Think on the absurdity of that! Yet it has become almost inevitable for most of our elderly folks. Even our young folks are being bombarded with endless Big Pharma ads that make taking pills look downright FUN. Our deeply flawed medical system was that way on day one and has only gotten worse. It wasn't created to cure our ailments, but rather to prolong them. We're a multibillion dollar cash cow, why would they cure us? I've been doing a lot of thinking about those who administer to our needs and my conclusion is not good. They have NEVER had our best interests in mind about anything, from the food they produce for us, to our health care, to our education and everything in between. There has always been a sinister plot behind everything we thought they were creating for our benefit. And nothing has changed.They still want us dead. They still only view us as useless eaters. Something to be used and exploited, then put to death. Is there money to be made in euthanizing us? Like making lamp shades out of our skin, perhaps? And they call US nazis? Never in my lifetime could I imagine we would be here, and yet, here we are. We must never forget who these people are and avoid them at all cost. THEY are the enemy. Question everything and never comply, especially if it's "for your own good".
I only know of a woman in her early 80’s , good health and had no living relatives . She called the Maid program and her attorney who handled her estate , she went to a home , specifically for this , in Vancouver , and was euthanized last year .
