If the documents were well-structured, and where necessary, shared a similar structure across multiple documents, then a good AI tool (with the proper prompting and guidance) might be able to extract conclusions that would take many trained analysts much longer to come to.
I guess the way around this is to keep in mind that some AIs may have received biased training. I'd try to be aware of the subject areas where those biases may be and navigate around them.
Some AIs may have been trained to accept the mainstream narrative of the so-called "vaccines." So, I'd have to be mindful of uploading documents implying that the "vaccines" are not what the bias may indicate.
