This judge is a raging globalist asshole, or in their pay. It is coercion of the individual when the injection is not safe, in fact injurious, and not effective, in fact worse than just not effective, if the university (also in the remuneration of A - Hole globalists)has a policy of no bad medicine injection then no education that you pay through the nose for. I wonder at the connections between those imposing mandates and those supporting them. When the last bastion of civil society, its judicial system, is seen to be completely corrupted and in the clutches of the globalists the people will then realize they are on their own and will then have to decide the future course of human events.
Almost all of these suits and court cases are failing in challenging the globalist's narrative and policy impositions stemming from their man made 'pandemic', problem with a fear reaction by the programmed and on to the poisonous medicine solution. On Sept 22.22, a 'press release' was emailed to 1,600 Canadian media outlets to inform the public that open letters were sent to eight post-secondary institutions including Western University, in response to their Covid-19 policies. I don't understand how a few months off from school is more frightening, than an institution of higher learning pulling this unethical maneuver two weeks before the fall term. I had trolls after me on Twitter claiming the information was on WU's website in July. The university had a duty to disseminate this information widely to students in advance. The very idea that a university can mandate medical treatments that don't align with public health, or the latest findings re: risk vs benefit, makes the same institution unworthy of the name "university" in my opinion.
