Wow, I just wrote a piece today about Grant, I didn’t realize there were two others. Shocking, disturbing and infuriating. And yet nobody will care, no inquest, no lawsuit, just another soul lost to time.
I like KP's idea of the camel flu... surely we need a long term randomised control trial to establish the risk of these eye-lash batting creatures, probably walking virus carriers. Anything but investigate the thing staring us in the face.
This past summer a friend of mine was a volunteer in a Christian camp for children. This group was VERY pro you-know-what. A 10 y.o. passed out, not responding to first aid and turning grey-blue. His body was cold. (first time this kind of thing ever happened at the camp). My friend prayed up a storm crying out over him, before the ambulance finally made it. Well, wether you believe in prayer or not, nevertheless by the time the ambulance came the paramedics were wondering why they were ever called as the boy was totally fine!!!!!!!

People have died at soccer matches before, but they were mostly from crowd stampedes. Now it’s the spike protein stampede.
