My first thought is we'll have to become more careful about reading labels. But as we've seen with the vax and other meds, labels can lie, and government might approve. That leads to soylent green. We'll also need to become better at producing our own food, which we can know is unadulterzted and has more predictable availability.

And we need to become better at choosing governments that won't tolerate, or encourage, the economic and societal destruction we've seen the last 17 months. Biden isn't just an American problem, he's degrading the whole world.

About 50 years ago some enterprising folks were pitching worm farms. They had marketing campaigns pitching the nutritional value, ease of production, and ecological benefits, but it didn't catch on because governments were more competent at protecting the traditional food supply. The difference now is incompetent government. Fixing government is our highest priority.

They have been working on this for a while......all of this has been in the works for a very long time...."Save the Planet, Eat a Bug From 2011: Plentiful and protein-rich, insects are food in much of the world. Why not here?" By Dana Goodyear, August 8, 2011............https://www.newyorker.com/magazine/2021/09/06/magazine20110815grub

Regarding the destruction of processing plants, it would be more impactful if we could see insurance data about how many have been destroyed compared previous years. Just like an sudden increase in 2021 all-cause mortality is very disturbing and indisputable, we need to see a percentage of destroyed plants as compared to a typical year. That data has to be tracked by some insurance companies, right?
