This is absolutely excellent, in terms of helping the invariably time-constrained reader, by putting time stamps with descriptions, about each topic. It REALLY helps. Every day, I get maybe 20 people saying "Here, watch this hour long video," with a subject like "Must read" or "This is interesting," or similar.
In truth, this shows great disrespect for the reader, who is virtually always constrained for time. The answer is simple. a.) Use a DESCRIPTIVE subject line. Just because it's a must read to you, it may not be for me. HELP your reader with his time. b.) Put a precis (summary) of what the vid is about. Dr. Mercola is the only major I know who puts an "at a glance" precis at the start of his article. This helps me know if I want to read deeper. Often he also put a transcript of videos to help the speed readers. c.) A lot of us speed read. Can't do that with a video. I have one woman who literally sends me over 10 hours of vids every day. As if I am just waiting for her emails with nothing else to do. She loves freedom, but is actually doing a disservice to the cause with this. Another does the same, with those "This is interesting" subject, and then, say, a Youtube link and nothing more, Not how long it is, if i can start at, say, the 23 minute mark, nothing! Both of them are now on autodelete.
It's great to do this stuff, be we need to add value. This mindless emailing of stuff without the above, you might was well be working for Soros, Schwab, Gates, as it just adds utterly nothing. The key is simple: ***Help your invariably time constrained reader**** just as this article did
