One wonders how this Clown World effort is being run, as dominos of data useful for us are negated one by one. Someone or something is plugging the dyke, and that is taking policy into execution across borders.
Is there a Dr. Evil character in an articulated chair in a futuristic command centre underground watching 100 different widescreen TVs with data feeds from around the world? Does he have a Hotline to each nation, to Tony, and that Chicken Little British guy, and Freeland, and ole Jacinda?
