If recruits are mandated to submit to these injections they are not giving their voluntary informed consent.
It may be argued if people volunteer to join the military, they thereby accept orders to vaccinate, but is this clearly laid out during enlistment, that recruits are subject to medical interventions without question, without voluntary informed consent?
Very importantly, vaccinators are not absolved from their obligation to obtain voluntary informed consent for a medical intervention they are undertaking.
Even if the vaccinators say they are ‘following orders’ to administer the injections, it is ultimately THEIR responsibility if they interfere with someone else’s body without the voluntary informed consent of that individual.
If vaccinators are injecting recruits due to an order from within the military, does this constitute an unlawful order if it denies recruits the option to deny the intervention?
It’s also most important to consider what expertise do the vaccinators have in diseases and vaccine products, are they qualified to administer these medical interventions? I suggest they are not…
