NATO has a series of books on just about every single topic in science. You have to read them cover to cover to get hidden gems out of them. So, after several hundred pages of their books on vaccines you find that they admit that the target of a vaccine is: Brain and Gonads.
The Gonad thing is frightening in that, if you infect the germ cells (isn't that a strange word?) with say: Smallpox, or Polio (or the SV40, Cytomegalovirus, HPV18 or whatever else was in that shot) then those horrors will be transferred to every new generation.
