It's no different, really, than old Joe saying he takes the train from Delaware to DC every day, or FDA saying vax is safe and effective time.
in several US locales and lots of Europe, faking that injection record keeps your government or healthcare job, gets you into public venues, allows travel, permits working on stage, and removes testing requirements... while removing the risks of being injected.

You can store your blood for upcoming surgery. But shelf life doesn't permit storage indefinitely. Best to try to avoid emergencies. If you do need transfusion you have bigger problems than a few poison proteins.
