An insider that worked in the manufacturing of vaccines said that with all the different processes required to produce vaccines (including producing the glass vials that they are stored in) it would have been impossible to manufactor billions of doses in the time they did it. CONCLUSION: The final product was ready and waiting before 2020 as it had all been pre-planned waiting the go-ahead.
