Seeing how they intended to use it as a stealth weapon; I believe the intention was to sterilize everyone and give us AIDS, let it play out gradually. It seems if they’re trying to be covert and not get caught; the deaths are drawing unwanted attention, like the plan is to keep pushing boosters on people who don’t know they’re sick.
