I think doctors like this are all over. In our town we even have some conventional doctors who have concierge practices where you pay an annual for that covers a certain amount of care.
When I lived in NYC, I had my pick of the best of the best- Jeffrey Morrison, Ronald Hoffman, Frank Lipman.
When we moved I looked up integrative or functional doctors and perused their offerings. I needed one near by but also one that offered nutritional IVs and did lab work that was far more extensive than the usual blood chemistry and lipid panels. The one I chose also had a Bemer that I could lie on before or after every visit!
My BF bought us a Bemer for Christmas so now I can lay on our everyday with no commuting!
This sounds like they want an easier way to track, on a large scale, the medical outcomes of their gene therapy injections. Definitely nefarious intentions....
This tagging also provides a key data point for who can be regarded as generally compliant with authority, and who cannot, to justify added surveillance, as well as administrative harassment and punishment of the latter. A means of equalizing life expectancy between the two groups, maybe?

My “ pcp” who I have only seen once when I got medicare, and who I don’t even like and avoid like the plague has called me four times in the past two weeks plus written me letters twice, just about demanding that I call to set up “my yearly physical” which last year I refused to get cause I don’t need it or want it.
Each time they reached out they were noticeably more aggressive with me. I just ignore them which angers them even more. Why don’t they leave me alone? What kind of a doctor demands that you call them out of the blue when you don’t want or need their services?
I’ve dealt with the same thing from my PCP recently. I get calls and letters stating that, “If I don’t schedule my regular bi-annual appointments with them, then they’re going to drop me as a patient. Ok, whatever. 🤷🏼♀️

When asked about the Covid vaccine I told her nope. Never will get this. So now in my health records she has noted all of this. She put not up to date. Except for the Covid vaccine where she put the date of April 2023!, now I know why. On April 1 2023 when those codes are available she will put one there for me showing unvaccinated. Will not take. Forever in my records. I’m screwed!
can you drop her and find a new doctor? i know it's inconvenient but might be worth it. feel free to tell her why you are dumping her- that you can't trust her to act in your best interest where those interests don't align with government policy.

I had a sinus infection last month and I went to my local ER here in Florida. The attending physician didn’t really do anything (he didn’t look at my throat, ears, nose, etc.) other than ask me some questions and prescribe meds. One of the questions he asked was, “Have you gotten the COVID vaccine?” And I said no. But, in retrospect, I wish I had said yes. Because immediately after I said no, he ordered the nurse to give me two shots ~ one in the butt, which was pain medication and the other, which was Prednisone, was a shot in the arm. I’m sure you know where I’m going with this...Admittedly, I’m more than a little paranoid. But I DO NOT trust our healthcare system. It was after 8 pm and all of the pharmacies in my area were closed. The Dr. explained that he wanted to give me immediate relief and the only way to do that, was to administer meds via shot. But, it’s been over 2 and half weeks now, and I STILL don’t feel right about it. 😒😡
I don't think they inject Prednisone like that and most likely not in a general way -- they would more likely give you steroid drops for your nose. I got a Prednisone injection once, practically had to beg for it, and it was targeted to the area of pain. I had developed acute Tendinitis in both of my arms and the Dr. told me there could be side-effects with an injection where it could weaken the tendon to a point where it could snap, so he wanted to avoid that. I talked him into doing just one arm as a test, and it worked very well.
I have Crohn’s Disease and I’ve had several injections of Prednisone before for that, but the whole situation was just weird. They way they asked if I’d been vaccinated for Covid and then all of a sudden they HAVE to administer meds via injections. It just seemed very shady.
Firstly, I was thinking of cortisone, not prednisone, but still... it doesn't make sense to inject a steroid willy-nilly for the reason he stated. For sinusitis, I would prefer a steroid nasal inhaler. That's what I was given when I got sinusitis 20 years ago. The steroid works directly on the affected area while antibiotics work on your whole system.
