It is a big pharma model specifically designed to foster big pharma business and profit. It is not health centric, but business centric. The vast majority of doctors must understand this...and are complicit for their own gain.
Personally...fewer doctors might mean better health outcomes for many people.

Look at the election results/ US voters this week; the US employers are still asking for proof of vaccination, and 400 “qualified” candidates are applying in less than 20h for posh well, paid jobs posted on LinkedIn.
We ultimately need a new federal law canceling all vaccine liability protection and putting vaccines on an equal footing with other drugs.
If any drug — vaccine or not — injures someone, the manufacturer should compensate that person for their injury.

All of you unjabbed, wrongfully dismissed nurses need to unite or form your own Union. Someday you will be in high demand and if you are united beforehand you can make demands
Someday, might be after I am dead. You know, (joke) how everyone always talks better about a person after they are die. I am joking. After working on a psych unit, I have that dark humor side, which helps me get through unimaginable, sad situations. I am extremely down about the state of our country. Once people have lost trust in an institution it is hard to regain trust. Nurses used to be trusted above doctors and even clergy. We can't really say that, now. They hung 6 or 7 doctors in Germany for unethical testing on the people and they hung a nurse. Others were shot. What is going to happen to our nurses in the United Stated when they wake up and realize what they are doing to the public? Why aren't the state board of nursing protecting the public as their mission states in almost every state?
There will always be those looking for a quick fix miracle pill or cure. Easier in their minds to buy "health" than work on discipline. These people will always exist and continue to demand such "service" and products. Those already hurt by such products or not given diagnoses will continue to visit and search for solutions. I used to think it would come to an end, but I know many people who have not abandoned it, but have become more reliant on it. Not saying it's a good thing. Just an observation.
