Dear David: Please reflect on how much power you have and whether that is good for your soul. Even the best intentioned can become spiritually corrupted. I beg you look at the situation as a third party would. I see a man (perhaps a once kind man?) making the helpless kneel before him or suffer for their lack of submission.

I sent an email to this "doctor". I kept it somewhat civil. Don't know if it will do much good but perhaps if he's flooded with emails and phone calls, he will rethink his position. Of course, as ChrisRD pointed out, if I was the baby's parent, I'd probably be hesitant to have this surgeon operate on him too. Hopefully, there will be other surgeons very willing to do the necessary operation.
