In Jackson vs Pfizer, Pfizer succeeded in a motion to dismiss after saying in open court that they merely delivered the fraud the government ordered. Isn't the obstacle we are facing actually sovereign immunity?

I often wonder if I am the only person who has noticed that it is far too late to stop this depopulation. The courts and lawyers are bought and paid for. They are just dragging it out as more and more people succumb to the bioweapon jab. Nothing will ever be done about it.
How many will die? The reality of war is upon us. We are in a true Spiritual battle.
I am hoping there are enough hardened men and women that are able to survive and take out this satanic evil that has spread over the world. I was at a recent lawyer association event. It was a small event and many practitioners were older. It was my first time with this association. I had nothing in common with them. The suspension of civil liberties meant nothing to them. It has been a long time since I actively practiced law in my recent experience is a telltale sign, I don't think I will be returning to the field.
Some have been fooled for too long to admit to it, others have invested in it, and there are those who have profited and are still profiting from it. Do they really want to wake up?
Nothing is going to happen. These lawsuits will be buried under bafflegab and procedural wrangling and red-tape and legal delays until the cows come home. And if that doesn't do it, well, airplanes will begin to mysteriously explode midflight, and cars will start to race out of control and hit overpass pylons at 100 mph...
You are more than likely correct, all it will take is one Judge to get out of lockstep to start an avalanche of lawsuits. We all know those trial lawyers have no politics when it comes to money. It may be interesting to watch.
And if one lawsuit slips in, wonder what the normies will think when they can’t sue Pfizer or Moderna because they didn’t make the jab...the government did.
