Regarding the legislation and "public health" policies that were pushed through after 9/11, I wonder if in his heart of hearts G W Bush has any idea of the damage and destruction he brought on our Constitutional Republic?

There have been many laws passed and signed over the past 80+ years that set us up for the COVID response, and the legislators that drew them up and the Presidents that signed them are all guilty of undermining our Constitution. But, what's undeniable is that the legislation and public health/ war-on-terror policies created post 9/11 (and after the "anthrax scare") have accelerated that pathway toward an authoritarian state. And one thing leading to another, the Bush presidency brought us to the Obama presidency where our freedoms were further undermined. Hence the question regarding G W Bush's level of awareness and complicity: Was he a willing accomplice or an ignorant stooge?
The Public Services Act is unconstitutional. The Constitution grants no power to the federal government over health issues. That power is reserved to the states and the people. People need not comply.

I am not buying it. As far as masks go, I had a career that required me to go into labs from coast to coast, some of which were BSL labs. I was suited up like a freaking astronaut, sprayed with God only knows what on the way in and out so I never bought into cloth masks, which I still see people wearing. In today's $ it would have been about $200 and many people would have been glad to pay it. He also objected to forced vaccination based on prior vaccine injuries and a hereditary condition which predisposed him to vaccine injuries. These parts are never discussed. No doctors even try to ascertain if someone may be predisposed to vaccine injuries. This case is always used as a cudgel to say that the government and the state must protect people in the name of public health and they have no real evidence to prove anything that they declare.
