As with all legalese the wording and interpretation of the wording is what matters. The word used here is 'oblige.' Under social contract between people and govt. this likely means to 'morally' bind someone to act in a certain way rather than legally bind - order. In this case to take a medical procedure of being bodily injected. And this is the precise point of overstep by govt.. It falls just short of a compulsory ordering to which the people can give a giant F.U as utterly unlawful.. A compulsory ordering would be in complete defiance of Nuremberg Code which no individual is ever likely to sign their name to....unless they are administrating a total dictatorship. So this legal decision is just a more strongly worded 'get the shot....or else get fired' which is likely to be backed by the same excessive discriminatory and regulatory edicts that have no force in actually compelling anyone beyond coercion....another crime under Nuremberg to be sorted out under law if law continues to have any influence over human affairs.
I am praying for the judges to be assassinated. My prayer is not an incitement to violence; it is a prayer for God to free Italians from suddenly imposed slavery.
To be clear this will happen in the US. Our only hope is irs determined at the state level and the red states continue to support medical freedom. The crazy thing is, the two parties are both hypocrites. My body my choice extends to abortion not vaccines in blue states. The reverse is true in red states.

My husband was born and raised in small town Cisternino, Italy. His entire family lives there. He came to USA 20 years ago. We have two teens, married 16 years. I am incredibly distraught and furious about what I feared would happen too Italians. His own large family (8 children) is divided. Only 3 sisters refused the Deathvax. We have taken the kids to visit three times. The Plandemic forced me to keep my kids and myself from going to Italy. I would never mask my children or myself, so until recently flying was out of the question.
My husband returned alone in the summer.
His family was sure his mother was vax injured from a "booster" they thought she was dying. She recovered, but she is essentially bedridden. We are all unvaccinated, including my Italian husband. This news has unimaginable consequences for millions of Italians around the world. I thought I might send my teens to college or extended stays in Italy some day, I cannot fathom my kids unable to spend time with their fathers relatives, cousins, aunts and uncles. We have experienced the most wonderful times in Cisternino with his family. We are crushed reading this news. GOD HELP US, IN JESUS NAME I PRAY FOR FREEDOM FROM TYRANNY! This is ominous. It is easy to slide into Socialism and or Communism, but you always have to shoot your way out.
