Also, the idea a jab will prevent cancer, when we know they cause cancers is like a sick joke they are playing on us.
I don't know about elsewhere but in Australia there was a media campaign directed at young men as well as at young women. There was plenty of that and of course, wide and loud acclaim for the chief inventor of the "vaccine" Ian Frazer, U of Qld.

That would account for the memory. It was 1 of 2 things I recall;
- The other being how HPV jab is used as the Faux-Cebo against some nasty jabs.
