Vadim was convicted of hooligans, which is never a good idea, and sedition, which always needs to be done carefully, and misinformation. I didn't see what information offended his government, but my guess is he was more correct than the government. Just goes to show being right isn't good enough. We also have to do it right.
So badly I want to see Putin goodly. He could pardon so many of the good and the brave, but he doesn’t. Just like Trump not freeing the Jan 6 protesters, but didn’t. Subtle politics.
