US calls to strike Crimea are ‘direct involvement’ in Ukraine conflict – Russian envoy
CIA Director William Burns said previously that more funding for Kiev would allow it to conduct ‘deep penetration strikes’ in the peninsula
The US is aggravating the Ukraine conflict by continuing to support Kiev financially and suggesting a course of action on the ground, the Russian ambassador to Washington, Anatoly Antonov, has said. Washington’s rhetoric about the need to pour more money into Kiev to help it attack Crimea signals America’s direct participation, Antonov told reporters on Wednesday in response to an earlier statement by CIA Director William Burns.
Putin issues warning on US troops in Ukraine
Russia will consider any foreign military forces invaders and will treat them accordingly, the president has said
Russia will treat any US troops sent to Ukraine as invaders and Washington knows that, President Vladimir Putin said in an interview with journalist Dmitry Kiselyov, the head of Rossiya Segodnya, on Wednesday. The Russian leader reiterated his stance that the presence of any foreign military forces in Ukraine – as well as deliveries of Western weapons – will neither change the situation on the battlefield nor prevent Moscow from achieving its goals.
Russia says US plans to attack its electronic system for presidential election
Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said on Wednesday that the US would stage cyberattacks on Russia's electronic voting system during its presidential election from March 15-17.
Zakharova also said Washington had tasked U.S. non-governmental organizations with undermining the election by decreasing voter turnout. Her comments echoed similar accusations by Russia's foreign intelligence service made this week.
Putin outlines conditions for Russian nuclear test
Moscow may abandon its moratorium on nuclear testing if Washington does, the president has said
If the US resumes nuclear testing, Russia may consider doing the same, President Vladimir Putin has said in an extensive interview with journalist Dmitry Kiselyov, set to be aired by Russia 1 TV and RIA Novosti on Wednesday. Answering a question about tactical nuclear arms, Putin stressed that weapons of mass destruction have never been used by Russia in Ukraine.
Russian MOD reveals details of Ukrainian incursion attempts
Attacks on Belgorod and Kursk regions have been repelled with heavy losses for Kiev’s forces, Moscow has said
Ukrainian efforts to launch raids into Russia’s Belgorod and Kursk regions on Tuesday morning have been thwarted, with Kiev’s troops suffering significant losses, the Defense Ministry in Moscow has reported. The Ukrainian military, supported by tanks and armored combat vehicles, attacked Belgorod Region simultaneously from three directions at around 3am local time, after first conducting a heavy bombardment of civilian infrastructure, the ministry stated.
Polish troops would never leave Ukraine – Putin
Warsaw dreams of returning its “historic lands,” the Russian president has claimed
Any attempt to send Polish troops into Ukraine could end in a long-term occupation, Russian President Vladimir Putin has warned in an extensive interview with journalist Dmitry Kiselyov, set to be aired by the Russia 1 TV broadcaster and RIA Novosti on Wednesday. “If Polish troops enter the territory of Ukraine in order to, as they say, secure the Ukrainian-Belarusian border, for example, or in some other places to free up Ukrainian rear military units to participate in hostilities on the front line, then I think that Polish troops will never leave,” Putin said, according to excerpts from the interview.
Giving Frozen Russian Assets To Ukraine Would ‘Break the Global Financial System’
Late last week, it was reported in US media that some top Republicans in the US House of Representatives were developing a plan that would loan Ukraine money from the $300 billion in Russian assets that were frozen by the United States following the start of the special operation in Ukraine.
Giving Russia's seized assets to Ukraine would break the global financial system, journalist and author Dan Lazare told Sputnik’s The Critical Hour on Tuesday. He also warned that it would be the equivalent of the United States declaring war on Russia.
US trying to overthrow Netanyahu’s government, senior Israeli official says
A diplomatic feud has grown between Netanyahu and Biden over Netanyahu's Gaza policies.
The Biden administration is attempting to overthrow Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s government, a senior Israeli political official said on Tuesday night. “We expect our friends to act to overthrow the terror regime of Hamas and not the elected government in Israel,” the official said, in reaction to the annual Threat Assessment report which warned that Netanyahu’s coalition could be replaced by a more moderate one.

In his visit, Gallant warned that "those who think we are delaying [the invasion of Rafah] will soon see that there is no place we cannot reach."
Defense Minister Yoav Gallant hinted that the IDF is getting closer to invading Rafah, speaking during a Wednesday visit to Gaza City. Gallant entered the Gaza Strip on Wednesday morning along with forces from the IDF's 162nd Division. In his visit, Gallant warned that "those who think we are delaying [the invasion of Rafah] will soon see that there is no place we cannot reach.
Gaza hostage deal: Hamas denies agreeing to US proposal for Gaza ceasefire
The White House urged Hamas terrorists in Gaza to release women, elderly and wounded hostages and accept a temporary ceasefire.
Hamas and Israel must “stay at the table,” United States National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan told reporters on Tuesday while stressing that a deal was still possible for the release of 40 hostages in exchange for a six-week pause to the fighting. “We will stay at it. We are determined to try to generate a ceasefire with the hostages coming out and then build on it for something more enduring,” Sullivan said.
Abbas to appoint economist Mohammad Mustafa as next PA prime minister — officials
Appointment of technocratic government seen as necessary step for reform in Ramallah, but choice of close ally to PA president dampens hopes of move’s chances for success
Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas is slated in the coming days to announce his appointment of economist and former senior government official Mohammad Mustafa as the next prime minister of the PA, three officials familiar with the matter told The Times of Israel on Tuesday. The move is part of an effort by Abbas to reform the PA, creating a technocratic government in the West Bank, which will be better prepared to eventually return to governing Gaza as well after Israel’s war against Hamas concludes.
Rockets on Ramadan? Hamas, Hezbollah coordinating 'next stage' of war on Israel - report
The anonymous souce also claimed that “We may witness a truce in Gaza during the month of Ramadan without announcing it."
An anonymous official in the Hamas terrorist movement told Sky News Arabia that " There is coordination with Hezbollah in the field or regarding the next stage," the source posted on X on Tuesday. The anonymous souce also claimed that Israel had planned for a prolonged war in the Gaza Strip, which could last years, according to Al-Balad. The official added that the "decision on peace," presumedly meaning a ceasefire, did not come down to Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar.
India announces steps to implement a citizenship law that excludes Muslims
NEW DELHI (AP) — Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s government on Monday announced rules to implement a 2019 citizenship law that excludes Muslims, weeks before the Hindu nationalist leader seeks a third term in office.
The Citizenship Amendment Act provides a fast track to naturalization for Hindus, Parsis, Sikhs, Buddhists, Jains and Christians who fled to Hindu-majority India from Afghanistan, Bangladesh and Pakistan before Dec. 31, 2014. The law excludes Muslims, who are a majority in all three nations. The law was approved by Indian Parliament in 2019, but Modi’s government had held off with its implementation after deadly protests broke out in capital New Delhi and elsewhere
DEVELOPING: France struck by cyberattacks of “unprecedented intensity”
The latest cyberattack to hit France follows a warning from Attal’s defence adviser just last week that the Olympics games in July and European Parliament elections in June could be “significant targets”.
Prime Minister Gabriel Attal’s office said several state bodies were targeted but did not provide details. “Many ministerial services were targeted” from Sunday “using familiar technical means but of unprecedented intensity,” Attal’s office said. A security source told AFP that the attacks “are not currently attributable to Russia,” an obvious suspect for many given Paris’ support for Kyiv since the invasion of Ukraine.
Macron leads the way to Western civilization’s suicide
France has just made abortion, already legal, a constitutional right – a sign of the country’s morbid drive to self-destruction
The Olympics will not be the only big event and source of euphoria in Paris in 2024. While Russian President Vladimir Putin is encouraging his population to have more children, Macron’s France is celebrating the ‘enshrinement’ of abortion in the constitution. What does this say about France and the West in general? In 2022, there were 234,300 abortions in France. The procedure is legal upon request until 14 weeks after conception. These figures are interesting when one considers that French politicians (and elderly voters, who are the majority of the electorate) insist on maintaining the extremely costly pension system and say that it has a price.
Biden Impeachment Inquiry Reveals US Being Ruled by ‘Demented Gangsters’
Last month, former FBI informant Alexander Smirnov was arrested and charged for allegedly fabricating a multimillion-dollar bribery scheme involving US President Joe Biden and his son Hunter Biden.
The weaponization of the US Department of Justice against US President Joe Biden’s accusers reveals that the United States is ruled by “complete and total demented gangsters,” Steve Poikonen, who serves as the host of the Slow News Day show, told Sputnik’s The Critical Hour on Monday. Poikonen was speaking with co-hosts Wilmer Leon and Garland Nixon about the impeachment inquiry into US President Joe Biden over claims the commander-in-chief was involved in alleged influence peddling scheme linked to his son, Hunter Biden.
White House Pushed to Soften Robert Hur’s Report on Biden’s ‘Poor Memory’
The White House requested changes to special counsel Robert Hur’s report that cast President Joe Biden’s memory as ailing.
The White House pressured special counsel Robert Hur to soften his report’s characterizations of President Joe Biden’s ailing memory, according to March 12 testimony on Capitol Hill. Mr. Hur testified on March 12 before the House Judiciary Committee, and Republican lawmakers asked the special counsel pointedly whether the White House tried to get him to make changes to his report, which took a dim view of the president’s cognitive ability.
Trump vs. Biden Rematch Virtually Assured After Former President Becomes Presumptive GOP Nominee
To no one's surprise, former President Donald Trump became the presumptive GOP nominee after making a clean sweet of three more Republican presidential primaries - Georgia, Mississippi and Washington.
While it's not technically a done deal just yet - between the three states there are 142 delegates, of which Trump needed 137 to secure a majority within his party, and an overall count of 1,215, and positioning him to become the Republican party's presidential nominee once a vote is held at the convention in Milwaukee.
Hannibal Run: Biden Admin Warns Florida May Get Swamped By "Mass Migration" Wave From Haiti
If only someone had given the Clintons a few more billion to vaporize as they "fixed" Haiti using a criminal combo of toxic construction, failed investments and the promotion of deadend macroeconomic policies before its president was assassinated in broad daylight, and before the whole island turned into a anarchic, warlord ridden, Mad Max wasteland of cannibals, maybe things could have turned out different. Or maybe not. With the world still shocked at the whirlwind events taking place in the formerly quaint Caribbean island, on Tuesday Department of Defense officials testifying in Congress discussed the possibility of a "mass migration" into Florida as conditions in Haiti continue to deteriorate. Call it a... Hannibal Run?
The State of Our Nation No One’s Talking About: Tyranny Is Rising as Freedom Falls
Day by day, tyranny is rising as freedom falls.
The U.S. military is being used to patrol subway stations and police the U.S.-Mexico border, supposedly in the name of national security. The financial sector is being used to carry out broad surveillance of Americans’ private financial data, while the entertainment sector is being tapped to inform on video game enthusiasts with a penchant for violent, potentially extremist content, all in an alleged effort to uncover individuals subscribing to anti-government sentiments

CDC Sends Team to Battle Measles Outbreak at Crowded Chicago Migrant Shelter With Four New Cases in Past Few Days
A packed migrant shelter in Chicago with over 1,800 residents (including 95 children two years old and younger) is experiencing a measles outbreak that has prompted the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to dispatch a team to help battle the outbreak.
The team is expected to arrive on Tuesday. Two children and two adults have been diagnosed with measles in the past few days. One child has recovered, the other is in the hospital in good condition. The two adults, diagnosed Monday, are reported in stable condition. A fifth unrelated case popped up elsewhere in Chicago last week.
MHRA admits using circular reasoning in claiming huge number of covid vaccine injuries reported are due to “high public awareness”
The UK Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (“MHRA”) has acknowledged that it used circular reasoning and lacks documentation to support its explanation why there is a high number of Yellow Card reports related to covid injections. The agency asserted that the increase in reports is due to heightened public awareness, resulting in more people submitting reports than usual.
The MHRA has previously claimed there were a high number of Yellow Card reports relating to covid injections due to a high level of public awareness on reporting the ill effects. In a recent article, Stephen Feldman highlighted a response to a Freedom of Information Act (“FoI”) request that revealed the MHRA used circular reasoning to make this claim.
Digital ID Part of Social Contract Between Govt, Citizens: World Bank, Verizon Chiefs
The President of the World Bank Group, Ajay Banga, and the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Verizon, Hans Vestberg, have emphasized the need to close the yawning digital divide which remains one of the biggest setbacks to digital inclusion efforts globally.
The two officials shared their thoughts in a panel during the inaugural edition of the Global Digital Summit, organized by the World Bank, which took place from March 4-7 in Washington, DC under the theme “Accelerating Digital for Development.” Digital identity, they underlined, is foundational in the digital transformation journey and governments must own them as part of their social contract with citizens.
WEF ADVISOR: AI WILL MAKE ‘BIG DECISIONS’ FOR PUBLIC
A top World Economic Forum (WEF) official has told the American people that artificial intelligence (AI) will soon make all the “big decisions” for them and “tell” humans “what to do.”
Yuval Noah Harari, one of the architects behind the WEF’s anti-human agenda and a senior advisor to founder Klaus Schwab, made the declaration during an appearance on “The Late Show With Stephen Colbert” this week. Harari discussed how AI will replace a large portion of the human race. He asserted that the general public should prepare to be dominated by the rapidly developing technology.
Generative AI Enabling Identity Fraud at Scale: Au10tix Report
An eight month-long identity fraud campaign coordinated by organized crime groups has attempted 22,080 fraudulent user onboarding attempts by repeatedly applying generative AI to a single passport has been found by Au10tix.
The ID fraud is characterized by Au10tix researchers as a “Mega-Attack.” The company’s Q4 Global Identity Fraud Report describes two distinct patterns of digital identity fraud attacks at “mega” scale. Half of the 22 thousand attacks took place within a span of two to three weeks, qualifying it as a “sudden burst” attack. “Slow burn” attacks are more typical, where a large number (Au10tix’ example is 2,000) AI-generated IDs are used five or six times a day over a period closer to a full year. Au10tix found 10 such slow burn attacks in 2023.
Visa says palm biometric payments have “promising future”
Payments giant Visa showcased its pay-by-palm biometric payment technology at an event marking the transformation of its Singapore Innovation Center last week. During the event, visitors were invited to use the palm reader and link their signature to their payment card for a transaction.
“The future of biometric payments is promising and is set to revolutionize the retail experience,” says Kunal Chatterjee, Head of Innovation at Visa Asia Pacific. The technology is still relatively nascent and most likely won’t become mass market for a while, he adds. Various factors influence the acceptance of biometric payments, including regulation, technology and consumer acceptance which often depends on the market.
Scientists Just Got Closer to Creating Artificial Life in Lab…
A controversial theory posits that life began when RNA spontaneously began to replicate itself — and now researchers are claiming they’ve replicated part of that process in a lab.
In interviews with the Washington Post, scientists say they’ve created an RNA molecule that made copies of other types of RNA, which gets its experts ever closer to creating the conditions for early Earth life in a lab. The Salk Institute for Biological Studies scientists worked from the theory that before there was DNA or proteins, RNA existed as the initial ingredient in the so-called “primordial soup.”
Woman chats with her dead mother using AI — claims it was spooky but helped her move on
Do you believe in AI-ngels? Sirine Malas, who lives in Berlin, Germany, lost her mother in 2018 to kidney failure at age 82, Sky News reported.
Sirine, who had just given birth to her first child, Ischtar, before her mother’s death, felt unsurmountable grief — and turned to AI four years later to connect with her deceased mom. Sirine had wanted her mom to meet her daughter, but she never got that chance to introduce them, as she was separated from her mother in 2015 when Sirine fled Syria to go to Germany.
It defies understanding, this world is so dark, it's black, and yet somehow, it gets darker each day.
