Major Gas Pipeline Explosion In Iran Deemed 'Terrorist Sabotage'

In the overnight hours reports emerged of two explosions along Iran's main south-north gas pipeline network. At least one of the massive fires that resulted was caught on video, which widely circulated, leading to speculation over whether it was an accident or attack. Iran's Oil Minister Javad Owji later in the day said the blasts were caused by sabotage, but did not name any suspects or possible external entity responsible. He also called it a "terrorist act".

Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), which is behind a series of recent strikes on American and Israeli positions across the Middle East, "simulated destroying hangars housing the Israeli regime's United States-procured F-35 warplanes by using ballistic missiles," according to information about the drills published in Tehran’s official media outlets.

Hamas has to ease its demands, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s Office said amid reports that he had not approved of sending an Israeli delegation back to Cairo to follow up talks toward a deal for the release of the remaining 134 hostages.

“A change in Hamas's positions will allow the negotiations to advance,” the Prime Minister’s Office said on Wednesday.

UN Relief Chief Martin Griffiths told a representative from Sky News on Wednesday that he did not consider Hamas to be a terrorist group. Asked about the feasibility of Israel’s military goal to eliminate Hamas and disallow the terrorist group from having any governing say in Gaza, Griffiths responded “Hamas is not a terrorist group for us, as you know, it is a political movement. But, I think it is very very difficult to dislodge these groups without a negotiated solution; which includes their aspirations.

US, Arab allies look to unveil two-state peace plan - report

The United States and its moderate Arab allies are working on a plan for a two-state resolution to the Israeli-Arab conflict based on a clear timeline, which they had hoped to unveil in the coming weeks ahead of the Ramadan holiday period that begins on March 10, according to a report in The Washington Post.

Senior Hezbollah commander said among dead in IDF strikes on southern Lebanon

A Hezbollah commander, two other terror group members, and seven civilians were killed in an Israeli strike in south Lebanon, a security source said Thursday, clarifying the death toll from a raid a day earlier. The same Hezbollah commander had previously been targeted and wounded in an Israeli strike in the southern Lebanon town of Nabatiyeh a week earlier, the security source says, requesting anonymity as they were not authorized to speak to the media.

Turkiye, Egypt sign joint declaration on cooperation

Turkiye and Egypt signed a joint declaration on Wednesday, pledging to cooperate in a wide range of areas, including politics, security, trade and culture, Anadolu news agency reported.

The joint declaration on the restructuring of the High-Level Strategic Cooperation Council meetings between the two countries was signed by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and his Egyptian counterpart Abdel Fattah al-Sisi in the Egyptian capital of Cairo.

In a vague statement released Wednesday morning by the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI), Chairman Mike Turner (R-OH) raised a "serious national security threat" of which lawmakers have been briefed. 

"Today, the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence has made available to all Members of Congress information concerning a serious national security threat," Chairman Turner said in a statement posted to X.  "I am requesting that President Biden declassify all information relating to this threat so that Congress, the Administration, and our allies can openly discuss the actions necessary to respond to this threat," he added.

CDC Confirms ‘Unknown’ Outbreak on Cruise Ship Has Spread

Video has emerged online of young children taking part in a parade in Spain wearing burlesque style lingerie, nipple shields, and wigs, with rainbow ‘Pride’ flags attached to their backs.

The footage, taken at an annual carnival in Torrevieja, a city in southern Spain dubbed the ‘unofficial gay capital’ of the country, shows the so called ‘Osadía troupe’ marching with several children who look around 9 or 10 years of age and younger. EVs are between 20 and 50% heavier than a gas-powered car and have a low center of gravity so they cannot be stopped by guardrails if they are out of control. Why didn’t authorities test this before EVs were green-lit for the road??
