Houthi rebels released footage of what they claim is a $30 million US drone they shot down in Yemen - the second they've destroyed since late last year- as Red Sea tensions escalate.

The Houthis released video Tuesday of a surface-to-air missile bringing down a U.S. MQ-9 Reaper drone off the coast of Hodeida, a Yemeni port city they hold on the Red Sea. The footage included a video of men dragging pieces of debris from the water onto a beach.

Back in early 2022 just weeks into the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Western officials began raising suspicions that the Islamic Republic of Iran was supplying arms, and especially kamikaze drones, to Moscow for use on the Ukrainian battlefield. This proved true, and allegations of Tehran supplying ballistic missiles soon followed. Now, just days away from the grim two-year mark of the start of the major war, there are fresh reports of a dramatic escalation in Iran's military supply pipeline to Russia. Reuters reports Wednesday that Tehran has provided Moscow with a "large number of powerful surface-to-surface ballistic missiles."

Iran reveals it will host its first nuclear conference between April and May of this year.

The head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI), Mohammad Eslami, revealed that Iran will be holding its first nuclear conference in two months. “We have invited 130 of the world’s prominent nuclear researchers to the event, and more than 30 percent of them have announced their readiness to attend it.”  In response, Rafael Grossi, the director general of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), said a trip to Tehran in attendance of the conference is on his agenda.

Starting in 2020, Ebisawa is alleged to have told another person and a DEA source that he had access 'to a large quantity of nuclear materials'.

One Israeli was killed and eight more were wounded, including three severely, after gunshots were fired on Highway 1 near Ma'ale Adumim just outside of Jerusalem, Israel Police confirmed early Thursday morning. Three terrorists were killed on the scene of the attack by armed civilians, police said. They have been identified as Muhammed Zuwarah, aged 26, and his brother Hathem Zuwarah, aged 31. Along with them was Ahmad al-Hush, aged 31. All three were Palestinian residents of Bethlehem.

Ballistic missile intercepted over Red Sea; US military destroys seven Houthi anti-ship missiles, one missile launcher and a drone that posed an ‘imminent threat’

Israel’s long-range Arrow air defense system shot down a ballistic missile over the Red Sea early Thursday morning, apparently fired by the Iran-backed Houthis in Yemen, the military said. Footage from Israel’s southernmost city of Eilat showed smoke trails in the sky from the aftermath of the interception.

The Israel Defense Forces said the missile was headed toward Israel, likely aimed for Eilat, when it was shot down over the Red Sea using the advanced Arrow system.

Netanyahu was reported earlier this week to have sided with Ben Gvir on the issue.

Service Members Speak Out Against DEI Training In The Military

Over 200 individuals currently serving in the U.S. military voluntarily participated in an independent survey conducted by the author last fall. Part of the anonymous questionnaire addressed Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) training in the military.

There were 229 participants in the survey, representing all branches of the military as well as enlisted and officer ranks. Nearly 86 percent of the survey’s participants said they had been required to participate in DEI training. Emphasizing that their views don’t reflect those of the Department of Defense or their respective military branches, the Epoch Times spoke to two of the survey’s participants on the condition of pseudonymity due to concern about reprisals.
