It's always sad to see Matthew 25:40 used by activists to supposedly be about "oppressed classes" or "minorities" (which - make no mistake - we should all love, as we love ALL people, but not as the world loves but as Christ loves). If we read the whole verse we see the cunning of the deciever.

40 "The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’"
As you can see, Jesus is not talking about "the least of these", He refers to "the least of these BROTHERS AND SISTERS of Mine". Who are brothers and sisters of Christ? Well they are people who have been baptized into the name of The Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit. In other words, He is talking specifically to Christians and telling them to take care of their fellow Christians! It's so important that He equates your treatment of other believers to your status as a sheep or a goat! And this makes sense as we are all part of the body of Christ , His Church.
Of course Satan would use this verse to deceive people. But as Jesus said, "You shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free"!
