I don't worry much about terminology. Is covid a disease or a failure of the immune systems to clean out an invader? Doesn't matter. We get sick, we want to fix it, and learn to avoid it next time. When we get flu or alzheimers or any other malfunction, or want to avoid getting them, we need to learn how. The medical establishment, and their government and media accomplices, don't care. They just want to sell injections, pills, procedures, and hospitalizations to administer them. It's their business model. They'll call it whatever maximizes their sales.
