British navy involved in Nord Stream 2 'terrorist attack' – Russia
UK forces participated in an operation which damaged Europe's energy security, Moscow claims
Britain’s Royal Navy played a part in orchestrating and staging the sabotage of the Nord Stream gas pipelines in the Baltic Sea, the Russian Defense Ministry said on Saturday. The accusation follows the Russian Foreign Ministry’s claim that NATO conducted a military exercise during the summer, close to the location where the undersea explosions occurred.
Writing on its official Telegram channel, the ministry alleged that Royal Navy operatives “took part in planning, supporting and implementing” a “terrorist attack” to blow up the gas pipelines on September 26.

Ukraine unsuccessfully attempted a major drone bombardment early on Saturday on the Crimean port of Sevastopol, home to Russia’s Back Sea Fleet, the city governor has announced.
It was the largest attack of this nature on the peninsula since the launch of Russia’s military operation in Ukraine in late February, Mikhail Razvozhayev told journalists.

Speaking to The Daily Telegraph, Klitschko, a former heavyweight boxing champion, acknowledged that Ukraine will face huge challenges. “We are doing everything we can do to save the lives of our people and to protect them,” the mayor told the outlet.

A number of US Republican lawmakers in both the Senate and the House of Representatives have reportedly spoken out against handing forfeited Russian assets to Ukraine. They cited procedural irregularities as the reason, and also called into question the effectiveness of the proposed measure, the Washington Post reported Friday.
The outlet, citing unnamed “people involved with the negotiations,” claimed that the dispute centers on a provision in the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) conference report.

The documents (pdf), released on Oct. 27, stated that the United States will “retire the B83-1 gravity bomb,” and will “cancel the nuclear-armed Sea-Launched Cruise Missile (SLCM-N) program.”

Tens of millions of US citizens were given a “COVID-19 decree violation” score as a result of a data harvesting program conducted during the first lockdown by voter analytics firm PredictWise.
“These Covid-19 decree violation scores were calculated by analyzing nearly two billion global positioning system (GPS) pings to get “real-time, ultra-granular locations patterns.” People who were “on the go more often than their neighbors” were given a high Covid-19 decree violation score while those who mostly or always stayed at home were given a low Covid-19 decree violation score,” writes Reclaim the Net’s Tom Parker.

Definitely plausible that the Brits were involved in the planning, reconnaissance and surveillance by its Special Boat Service. The actual dunking was done via the Yanks - they have more equipment and weapons.
Since there was basically zero risk of casualty, I would want to be involved if I were the Brits. Exercises can do only so much. There is no substitute for a real op. Like there is no substitute for actual combat. Ask any experienced soldier.
