We should be cautious of reports of Supreme Court leaks. If it's true, it will devastate the whole judicial system, but it's unprecedented, so it seems unlikely. More likely it's a propaganda op. Initial impressions were that the "draft" was poorly written, so it was probably constructed outside the courthouse. If it's true, my guess is kagen, or her staff.
