I hope the world doesn't figure out the uke crimes were the direct result of Joe's extreme generosity using unaffordable china-backed debt backed by American taxpayer money. If they do, it will cause enormous damage to America.
'If' is now, the world is much smarter than us. Or maybe it's just that they apply themselves more, perhaps? That implies a 'self' to be possible, and our U.S. 'self' is quite muddled from all I can gather. Listening to who I consider to be smart people seems to be helping my thinking skills. Maybe they are just more whole, spirit aware at least. From America, but more importantly, from the world as well. For all its frailties and faults, the internet has for me fulfulled some huge educational gaps I did not know I was missing, in terms of 'social studies' and different points of view, cultures. I would also like to thank the smart people of the world for learning English.
As our currency fades, I wonder if folks will keep on insisting on English as a semi universal language. It is more frugal with its structure than most others, shorter and more succint usually. Abrupt many would say. Not a beautiful language in its smoothness or ease, have heard it is very laborious to enunceate than other tongues. Less ink to print, many speakers (many dying off as well)....will it persist?
