The US is clearly AT WAR with Russia, yet no one seems willing to acknowledge it. If I provide weapons and training to someone who uses them to attack others, I'll be prosecuted as an accomplice. Apparently governments can use proxies to attack their enemies and no one cares. Plausible deniability only works on stupid people, but we have a pandemic of stupid.
